Barnes again with a three UNC has the lead by six at 8-2. Barnes with another three. Heason at line makes both make lead six now.
Maryland trying to come up now at nine points. Maryland makes two freethrows now at 11 points now but down two points. Maryland ties the game at 13.
UNC breaks the tie with a nice hussle UNC now at 17-13 four point lead. Zeller makes it a five point lead. Then as a dunk now 22-15.
McDonald makes a three. Maryland still trying to come up.
Zeller makes another; has eleven points in game so far.
Under six to play Maryland at line makes both coming to 27 still down.
McDonald shoots and makes another three bringing their lead to seven. 34-27. Zeller in paint another two now a ten point lead.

Second Half: A nice finger roll for Heason first shot of 2nd half. Maryland makes shot making it 33 but Barnes slams one in UNC still with the lead 45-33.

McDonald goes to line making both bring them to 39. At 56 UNC goes to line making both now 58-47 11 point lead with under 14 to play. Marshall saves the ball from going out of bounds passing it to Strickland then he passes it to Barnes making it and Marshall giving the ball to Barnes again making a three pointer. Score now 62-49
10:32 UNC lead still 68-51 17 point lead.
Maryland still trying but not working UNC is at home and you can tell by the way they are playing.
Zeller at line makes both now 72-57 under eight to play. Right after Zeller Heason is filed and goes to line making both shots.
Maryland goes to line for second time making only one bringing them up to 61, now only down by 13. They make a two now.
Zeller gets one in making it 77 and going to the line. Under three to play 80-69 UNC still lead. 1:57 on clock 82-71 1:09 UNC at line making both.
END: UNC wins 87-76 a 11 point lead.

UNC vs NC State
"North Carolina at North Carolina State" LIVE ACC Match Up
UNC 20-6 NCS 14-12
Note: North Carolina has been doing just fine yet maybe even better without Drew; just saying.
First Half: UNC makes the first 2 points then State comes back with a 2 also to a tie the game. State is up 2 points at 17:00 to play. Then a 4 point lead State trying to come strong. A 4 to a 7 point lead, but Heason lays one in to make it a 5 point lead.
Roy: 8th season record 216-60 at North Carolina.
13:11 on clock score 4-11 a 12 point lead for state. Then UNC made a 3 making it 7-13, another 2 makes 9-14 but State lays one in now its 9-16.
Score 9-19 then Stickland makes 2 shots in the paint bringing them up to 13-19 at 9:59 to play.

1:36 its now turned around 28-27 UNC finally got the lead for a second. State fires back but UNC comes back with one makeing the score 31-29. UNC in the lead at end of first half.
Second Half: Lead for UNC 33-29. They came back. Barnes made a 3 and bringing them to 40-33. Heason blockied the ball and was so serious as he knocked it out of there. State Lesile jumped and grapped the ball and was goal tining giving the 2 points to UNC anyways.
42-35- 7 point lead with 13:00 Knox makes his 1st shot bring them to 48 points. Another tie 50-50 with 10:33 on clock. UNC breaks the tie then State ties it back up, 53-53. Under seven to play and Carolina up at 60-52. Under 5 to play Carolina still in the lead, Barnes does it again 2nd dunk leading UNC to 9-8 point lead yet again 64-56.
State made a luck 3 with under 3:00 to play. State got ball but UNC Marshall took it right back. Lowe made a technical foul; guess the red blazer is not good luck for him.
Zeller makes 1 out of 2 free throws bringing score to 68-59 got percession of ball, Zeller slamming it on 70-59 with 37.1 to play. 11 point lead for UNC 74-63 21.2 to play. 12 point lead 75-63 for UNC

UNC vs. Boston
"Boston College @ North Carolina"
Series History -13th meeting UNC leads 7-5 UNC defeated BC 106-74 on Feb. 1
From the Dean Smith Center #19 North Carolina vs Boston College.
The first half: Carolina gets ball first, Barnes tried for the rebound but missed; Boston got the ball and they miss their first shot.
Boston # 31 made a huge file on UNC Zeller. 17:08 lst shot made by Heason jumping up to back sure it goes in. (seemed it was goal tening) but they got the 2 points anyway. Barnes gets the 2nd shot after Marshall gets the ball to him. Two turnovers for both teams so far. 13:02 on clock and its 7-0 Carolina leading.
Taylor Hansbourgh was in the Dean Smith Center.
Stats: UNC 6-20 field goals 1-5 3-pt field goals 14 rebounds & 8 points in paint.
2:33- they are tied. After timeout 21-18 end of 1st half 21-20 UNC still in the lead.
The second half: 16:09 Carolina has a 5 point lead. At 13:41 Marshall dones a nice spin move and makes the score 33-23. Zeller making BC file like crazy. 12:05- UNC has a 14 point lead.
Boston tried to come back & they had their chance to at 1:19 on clock score 48-43 that would be it for
UNC and Boston tried to take the game but messed up for themselves. They held the ball then their couch called for their last time-out at 17.6 to go. Back in the game they shot it & miss, balls goes out of bounds. Leaving 0.3 on clock Back to game clock runs out UNC wins @ 48-46.
UNC is coming back they are going hard. Watch out!
